Straatkok uit Bangkok wil haar Michelinster teruggeven: "De belastingen kijken nu mee"

BizarZe wordt de 'koningin van de krabomelet' genoemd en die reputatie leverde Supinya Junsuta in december zowaar een Michelinster op. De natte droom van elke zichzelf respecterende chef, maar niet voor de 72-jarige straatkokkin uit Bangkok. Zij heeft het moeilijk met de toegenomen belangstelling die te veel nieuwsgierigen naar haar eettentje lokt. Ook van de belastinginspectie. Supinya wil nu haar culinaire onderscheiding inleveren.
